Wrench in the Machine: Youth Tech Organizing

Join us on November 14th for an exciting brunch event! Public discourse about the harms of Big Tech and AI often feature young people as the main characters of cautionary tales. But they rarely consider the political organizing work being done by youth to build actual power to fight increasing surveillance and algorithmic discrimination. We’re bringing together adult tech organizers and youth organizers from South Bay Youth Changemakers (SBYC), to discuss the role of youth in the movement against Big Tech and plot our next steps.
