Who Hosts the Hosts?

👋 Register even if you can't make the party, but want to stay in touch/ need or offer hosting help.

Coming to the rooftop? Just want to meet other hosts? Need a venue, speaker, or vendor? Have one to offer? Register and you're in the host exchange either way. Tell us how you're joining in the registration question.

🗓 UPDATE: Due to overwhelming amount of requests, we will meet on Sunday, 6:30–8:30 PM, sunset rooftop, SF.

The sheet is live now, here is the form: https://forms.gle/j8zB37fzViwYxtGW9

Need a photographer at 2 AM? Have 40 empty chairs Wednesday? Post your ask or offer and DM other hosts directly.

Every SF Tech Week host is quietly solving the same 12 problems alone. This is where you stop doing that.

Venue overflow, open speaker slots, AV emergencies, co-promo swaps. Post an ask, post an offer, connect directly.

The Sunset Rooftop (Sun 6:30–9 PM, In-Person) One roof, golden hour drinks before the chaos. Put faces to names, lock cross-promos, trade speaker intros.

Who can register: Confirmed hosts and co-hosts of approved SF Tech Week 2026 events. Rooftop: First come, first served. The sheet and directory have no cap: https://forms.gle/j8zB37fzViwYxtGW9
