Unbroken Flow at the Lake! 🌀

Come flow with us outside at Lake Merritt! Downbeat facilitators will offer an immersive journey of group singing, rhythm and movement — during the DAYTIME! Come play, connect and make stuff up with a whole bunch of nice musical humans. Then let's get lunch together. Please RSVP here so we can give updates (in case weather requires any changes) 11:30am - Gather & connect 12-1:30pm - Vocal Flow 🌀 2pm - Lunch/hang together A Música Do Círculo flow is journey of music and movement through different scores, games and spatial shapes. A collective wander through a landscape of different moods and modes where the intention is always to listen for what is arising in the moment. We may pass through moments of playfulness, silliness, harmony, chaos, heartfelt singing, stillness, or something completely unexpected. ( This event is inspired by the Brazilian practice of Musica Do Círculo and its free monthly flow, Fritura Livre. More here: https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en/frituralivre)
