Important Considerations Sound can be a powerful sensory experience. Please contact me before registering if you have sound-triggered seizures, significant sound sensitivity or hyperacusis, an active migraine, recent surgery or injury, or another condition that may affect your comfort during the session. If you are pregnant, have hearing concerns, or are unsure whether a sound bath is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider and let me know in advance so the experience can be adapted when possible. During the session, you are always welcome to use ear protection, move farther away from an instrument, change position, or step outside at any time. Sound healing is offered as a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical care. Relaxation Mastery by Olesia relaxmastery.com
