I Am Human: Storytime + Creative Writing Workshop

CALLING ALL HUMANS! Join author-illustrator Laura G. Lee for a special I Am Human book launch, storytime, and creative workshop. Laura will begin with a reading of I Am Human and a playful conversation inspired by the book: What does it mean to be human? How are we different from AI—and how do we know? After the reading, participants are invited to join a hands-on writing and drawing workshop, responding to creative prompts through words and pictures, enjoying snacks, and sharing ideas. All ages are welcome. The workshop is especially well suited to older elementary kids, teens, and adults, while younger children are welcome to enjoy the story time portion with their families. Workshop RSVPs are encouraged so we can prepare enough materials.
