We'll get our hands dirty with the classic cast of characters: horseradish, garlic, ginger, onions, and whatever other zesty ingredients show up to the party. You'll learn how each one earns its spot in the jar, how fire cider can support your body as the weather turns cold and the sniffles start circulating, and how to make your own batch at home. Expect a little tearing up from the onions (we promise it's the onions), some excellent smells, and plenty of tips for tweaking the recipe to suit your taste buds. Come ready to chop, mash, sip, and ask all your questions.
