About event

Join BASES for a talk with Neil Movva, co-founder and CEO of Sail Research, the inference platform for long-horizon AI agents.

Sail is built for agents that work on a single task for hours or days: an inference stack rebuilt around throughput and efficiency. It powers teams like Parallel, Exa, Instinct, and has raised $80M from Kleiner Perkins and Sequoia, alongside John Hennessy and Lip-Bu Tan. Before Sail, Neil spent years pushing GPU performance at NVIDIA, then led the kernels team at Together AI.

He'll talk about why today's AI stack was built for a human waiting at a prompt, and what changes when agents spend billions of tokens on one task.
