After the success of At The Top NYC on March 25th, we're bringing our flagship executive summit to San Francisco this November.

Success Amplified: At the Top - San Francisco At the Top SF is a half-day executive forum for women leading Customer Success, Operations, and Support teams - with a sharp focus on the operational and AI-driven shifts redefining post-sales. This event brings together 120 Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders for focused conversation on what it actually takes to lead through AI transformation, do more with leaner teams, and build the operational infrastructure that scales. The format is built for depth, not volume: curated thought leadership, structured executive roundtables, and an intimate supper-club-style dinner designed to create space for real conversation and peer-level exchange. This is a room built for operators. Leaders who are deep in the work of redesigning workflows, integrating AI into their orgs, and making the hard calls about what requires human judgment and what doesn't. Roundtables are intentionally formed by role, industry, and shared challenges - so the leaders beside you are navigating the same decisions you are. At the Top SF is where Customer Success, Operations, and Support leaders learn from one another and shape what the next era of post-sales leadership looks like - together. Attendance is application-based to protect the quality and leadership level of the room.
